Every member of our team is well aware of their local situations, and guide the planning process of the event. We are thankful to have thousands of knowledgeable and skilled professionals in the field working around the clock to stop the spread and prevent further infection in all countries. At this time, we are fully committed to holding the IPPC-Greece 2020 in Athens 2-4 September, as planned. We remain hopeful that this crisis will have abated with ample time to spare before IPPC 2020.The organizers plan to explore options for online/remote presentations if necessary. Dear friends and colleagues,
The main objective of this Congress is to strengthen mutually beneficial collaborations among the academic institutions providing scientific knowledge about all plant-based products and the industry sectors producing cosmetics, personal care products, nutraceuticals, fragrances, and natural medicine. The congress will provide an excellent opportunity for global networking, and informative conversations about phytocosmetics, new trends in phytotherapy, specialized fields such as skin microbiome, nanotechnology, and innovation in education and sustainable production of goods.
The congress organized under the auspices of the International Society for Phytocosmetic Science (ISPS) is hosted by the Conference Halls & Exhibition Areas of the National Hellenic Research Foundation. Other national academic collaborators are the University of Patras and the Aristotle University, Thessaloniki. It is my pleasure to invite you to join us and make a presentation at the congress. International speakers from Turkey, Italy, England, and Ireland are planning to attend and present their research reports in various fields related to plant-based products in cosmetics and personal care in addition to natural products with proven therapeutic properties.
On behalf of the Society, I would like to thank leaders at the European cosmetic industry, academic institutions for their contributions and all participants. We believe that all of you make a better future for the advancement of science and technology in a wide variety of related scientific disciplines.
